At Gokul Public School, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive. Our rules and regulations are designed to ensure the smooth functioning of the school, maintain discipline, and promote a positive atmosphere for all students, staff, and parents.

We believe that discipline and respect for rules are essential for personal growth and academic success. The following guidelines serve as a framework to encourage responsibility, mutual respect, and integrity. We request all students and parents to read and understand these regulations to ensure a harmonious school experience.

General Conduct

  • Punctuality

    Students must arrive on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school premises. The school gate will close five minutes before the school day begins.

  • Morning Assembly

    Attending the morning assembly is mandatory. If unwell, students must seek permission from their class teacher to remain in the classroom.

  • Uniform Compliance

    The prescribed school uniform must be worn at all times, including during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

  • Respect & Courtesy

    Students must demonstrate politeness and respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.

  • Disciplinary Actions

    Any form of abusive language, rudeness, violence, or damage to school property will result in serious consequences.

  • Misconduct & Indiscipline

    Acts of insubordination, disrespect, or vandalism will attract strict penalties, including possible dismissal.

Leave & Attendance Policy

Prior Approval for Leave

Students must obtain prior permission for leave through a written application from parents/guardians, except in emergencies.

Long-Term Absence

If a student is absent for more than 20 consecutive days without notification, their name will be removed from the school rolls. Re-admission is subject to the Principal's discretion, full payment of admission fees, and any outstanding dues, provided a seat is available.

Medical Leave

Students suffering from infectious diseases must complete the required quarantine/rest period before returning. A medical certificate is mandatory for rejoining.

Early Departure Restrictions

Students are not allowed to leave during school hours. In exceptional cases, only parents with a valid ID and the Principal's approval may pick up their child.

Mandatory Attendance Before Exams

Students must attend school before exams and holidays. Parents should ensure that unnecessary leaves are avoided during this period.

Submission of Leave Applications

All leave applications should be submitted at the school gate or reception.

Fee & Payment Policies

Fee Payment Deadline

Fees must be paid by the 10th of each month to avoid late charges.

Late Fee Penalty

A fixed INR 300 penalty will be applied for late payments beyond the due date.

Van Fee

Must be paid every month along with the tuition fee.

Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to pay fees for three consecutive months may result in suspension or removal from the school.

Attendance & Fee Policy

If a student remains absent for 10 consecutive days without prior notice, their name may be removed from the school register.

Lost Fee Card Penalty

A INR 50 penalty will be charged for issuing a new fee card in case of loss.
